10/04/1989 Raynard was convicted for a double homicide.



Problem with the case:



Raynard Vallery states he is innocent.

Lead detective Mark Arneson is currently serving 10 years in prison.



Evidence used against Raynard Vallery for conviction.



1. Detective Mark Arneson claims to have lost recorded interviews on tapes with witness before the trial.
